整椎

这几个月都很忙，忙着做工，筹备去旅行的东西，真的没有时间调理我的身体。身体状况越来越差了，每天都腰酸背痛。昨天终于有时间去整椎治疗中心看看，结果。。。。。。真的大件事！我的脊椎骨变成“旋转型”了，身形跑样了，肌肉不平均，重心会在一边，还有长短脚的现象。现在要做一下调整，不然就很惨了，可能会影响生育。

医师说我的年纪大了，调理也要一段日子。其实最好的时候就是十几岁开始调理会比较好，现在又是要花钱的时候了，这种治疗是要很长的时间，这次可惨了！从颈椎到胸椎，腰椎直到脊椎骨的尾端，都有问题，怎么办呢？

现在要注意的事项：-
1. 不可以坐硬的椅子
2. 不可以喝冰水
3. 不可以去泰式按摩
4. 不可以背太重的包包
5. 不可以搬重的东西

很想尽快调理好，可是只怕时间不允许，现在做工的地方离家太远了，回到家已经是七点多，治疗中心七点就关门了。所以只可以星期六日去看，平时会比较麻烦。希望可以有多余的时间！

回到第一次约会

前几天，我和彬彬哥哥回到我们第一次约会的地方吃晚餐。就在我家附近，是一间西餐的店。回想起来，已经是三年前的事了，时间过得真快。当初我们俩都是瘦瘦的，可是现在就肥得像猪。当年的情景，我还记得很清楚，很怀念。我们可以一起度过这三年，真的得来不易，刚开始还有质疑和猜测。现在所有的所有都迎刃而解，都稳定了。希望和彬彬哥哥可以有很多个三年！

我没后悔了

回首过去，事情好像刚发生一样，每一段都历历在目，频频的出现在我脑海里。五年了，我要的答案，终于有了。我没后悔了，也得到解放。现在想起来，当年真的很傻，超白痴的。想通了，心情突然好了起来，好开心哦！

Imigration Office

Yesterday was Public Holiday for Selangor Area, so accompany Phin Phin to apply passport.. Normally, the passport will be ready within 2 hours once the payment has been done, but Phin Phin is different case, born in Sabah, so have to get the approval from Sabah then only can apply for the International Passport.. It takes around 5 - 7 days..

At first, we thought can apply at Wangsa Maju Imigration Office, but this branch only for resident in West Malaysia.. So we transfer to Damansara branch.. Reach around 10am, current number 1166, and we have took the queue till 1290.. 100++ to go.. Wait around 2 hours only for our turn to submit the form.. After that, wait another half an hour for the letter from imigration office.. And now, just wait the officer to call Phin Phin for the payment and collection of passport..

Matta Fair 2009

After these 3 trips, I have another trip to Bangkok on April 2010, but haven't book for any Hotel or on ground packages.. Go for the 3 trips make me fainted.. But I'm happy, can go for the small trip with my loves one and friends..
