Yes, since I have started my slimming schedule last Monday, and today I have do myself a review of my weight result.. In a short period of 7 days, I have lose 1.5kg, from 50.7kg and down to 49.2kg.. Amazing!! Unbelievable!! I'm able to do it.. If I can maintain 1 week to lose 1.5kg, then after 1 month, I think I'm able to lose 6kg.. And that is what I want.. Will measure my weight next Monday again, see any improvement within this week.. I'm so happy now!! Gambateh oh!
