Recently has prepared to buy a house, somewhere nearby my house, Ampang Jaya.. 1034sqft, 3 rooms 2 toilets, at 21st floor, cost around 165k, including 1 car park bay, but there is less facilities.. If not mistaken, there is only swimming pool and gym room.. The cost consider cheap actually.. Will loan around 80k from bank, they every month have to pay around RM600-RM800.. Hope can afford to pay for it.. Can't spend for shopping already.. Haihz.. but we are not going to stay here, just renovate a bit then will rent it.. Stay at home better!! :)
