~Throwback~
This run was held at Sepang Circuit, it's exactly the F1 track. What a good experience to run on the track, but I'm walking instead. With no exercise, no practice and no training, I go for this 5km run, it's really killing.
The run with 5 genre of songs, Rock, Pop, Old School, Hip Hop and Dance. Each kilometer with different songs. I'm old folks, I love old school the most. After the run, we can enjoy the stage event, it's party time. DJ playing songs and dance together.
Love this event so much, think should have practice before go for a run.
